Riddled with errors. It gives you good overall summaries but leaves out critical information on many drugs that even a young pharmacist can spot right away. Typos throughout and there are several instances of flat out wrong information. It also oversimplifies many of the mechanisms of action which could lead to students preparing for the NAPLEX becoming misinformed. The MOA of aripiprazole was especially dubious and lumped in with other antipsychotics with very different MOAs with no mention of the difference. I think this book would help someone study for the NAPLEX but be aware that you will have to make up for the lack of proofreading by having other sources nearby to double check the information. Kind of frustrating.

Great book to concisely review relevant disease states

Great book to concisely review relevant disease states. This book is not comprehensive as the RxPREP, but I like to refer to the Kaplan for a brief/simplified overview of the disease states. Because this book is smaller than RxPREP, it is easier to carry around for reference/study sessions.
