This book mostly looks at software and hardware products available for data warehousing. There are a few sections on how to build a warehouse, but they're very short and scattered throughout the book. The case studies are variable--each seems to focus on a particular aspect, but that isn't made explicit. Overall, I found it lacked detail on both the products and the concepts and was of limited use.
